Shipping and Delivery
On the 5th of every month, we will open our store for pre-sale orders to be placed. There will be a LIMITED supply each month. Therefore, it will be extremely important for our muses to get on the list so that you are reminded when the drop will take place. Your order will then be processed and shipped in 14 days.
If you would like a closure, your order will take an extra 7 days to process and ship, as these are handmade to order.
Again, orders are currently made to order and will take 14 days to process. Please allow 2-3 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information.
We ONLY ship to addresses that are confirmed with PayPal. If your address is "unconfirmed", you will be contacted via email for us to receive a written statement that this is indeed your credit card information, address and that you authorize this purchase. This is to avoid credit card fraud, to ultimately protect our business and our customers.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Due to the nature of our orders, all sales are FINAL.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.
If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.
We do not refund shipping charges.
